Welcome to Family Connections Sydney!

Due to the high demand for Occupational Therapy Services at this time we currently have a waitlist for our services. Should you wish to join our waitlist, please complete the information below. By providing detailed information it allows us to better understand and attend to your needs.

Once this form is completed it will be reviewed by our Senior Occupational Therapist and Receptionist and you will be added to our waitlist. As soon as we are able to provide you with services our Receptionist will contact you.

The timeframe in which you may be waiting for services depends on the type of services you require, the complexity of needs, skill set of the Therapist when availability arises and your availability. This makes it difficult for us to predict but rest assured we will do our very best to assist as many families as we can!

At this stage, we estimate between 6-12 months wait time for regular weekly therapy.
